I’ve spent the last 18 years in the beauty industry and I've owned my own salon since 2015! I fell in love with making women feel beautiful with lash extensions in 2017. I became NovaLash Certified in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the way it makes women feel- talk about a confidence boost!! That is what lashes are all about!
We moved to the northeast from Kansas and when I couldn't find a lash place to work at after moving, I decided to open my own! It quickly became popular here in the Poconos and that's when I began training and hiring new artists!
I've taken several more trainings throughout the years and I love teaching other girls the art of lashing and seeing when they're also passionate about their work!
IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY
I always wanted to be in the beauty industry. I, like most people, encountered some roadblocks to my dreams! At the age of 15, I was ran over twice by an SUV. I was told I would never walk again or have children. One result of the accident was my face being partially torn off. I was severely picked on for being 'ugly' and that increased my desire even more so to be in the industry. I never wanted any woman to feel the way I had felt! Being as stubborn as I was, that just fueled my FIRE!! At that moment, I decided I could do whatever I put my mind to. I have been blessed with a family. I had 4 children and were blessed to have adopted our 5th! I started my business late in life I feel, but I'm grateful to have mostly stayed at home when the kids were young! I love the business we created here in the Poconos and can't wait to expand it in the future! I truly want to make EVERY woman, man, and child to feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside!
